Kuddelmuddel | Chaotic Dunkel

Munich Dunkel

Dunkel is German for “Dark”, it’s a Munich malt, doesn’t offer an overly sweet impression. Toasty, Bread crust favor. Decidedly malt-balanced beer, yet still easily drinkable. Lager-style beer.

Bavarian Hefeweizen

Pale refreshing German wheat beer with high carbonation, dry finish with a fluffy mouthfeel, and a distinctive banana and clove yeast character. Hefe refers to the yeast which remains in suspension giving the German beer its cloudy appearance. Weizen denotes the use of wheat.

Lager Kölsch

Clean crisp, delicately- balanced with subtle fruit and hop character. Subdued maltiness throughout, leads into a pleasant and refreshing finish. Originated in Cologne, Germany.

Indian Pale Ale

Boasts a more hoppy flavor. Exhibits fresh character of hops. Smooth hazy, with a slightly dry finish. Supporting malt allowing the Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy hop characters to shine through.

Rabe | Raven Coffee Stout

Imperial Stout

More of an American Imperial Stout. Has an intensely flavored, big dark ale with coffee and dark chocolate notes- moderately dry and strong. Extremely rich malty flavor.

Czech Bohemian Lager
